Students and Parents!  Please visit my new Facebook Fan Page for daily and weekly class updates.  Anyone can view the completely transparent page without a membership.  However, to post you must be a member of the Facebook community. 

The fan page is an excellent way to offer enrichment opportunities to students and communicate quickly and efficiently important information about concession stands, homework assignments, and offer help and answer questions related to school work.  It is something I monitor on an almost daily basis.  Parents can become fans as well and get status updates in their newsfeed of what is going on in the classroom.

Other things to find there are a blog posting of a weekly review and a series of discussion boards where students can dicuss the stories and material we are learning about in class.
